For over thirty-five years, Jim Robinson has built a solid reputation as a trusted professional engineer, practicing in Jacksonville, FL since 1980.

Jim has expanded his engineering career as a LMI franchise owner to help businesses become more productive by equipping leaders with people skills and methods to create a motivational climate.

Jim believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, Jim believes that a good reputation and consistent service will reap bigger profits in the long run.

Jim grew up in North Carolina, quickly establishing himself as a leader. Jim held leadership positions in service organizations in high school and college and was a commissioned officer in the U. S. Army.  Jim has been a partner or sole owner in three consulting engineering firms and has been involved in successful business start-up and acquisition activities.
